About Us

My Papou (Grandad in Greek) was a chef and taught me everything I know in the kitchen. His dedication, drive and passion has always inspired me. So I have made it my mission to continue his legacy and what better way than with food, a passion we always shared.

As some of you may know in lockdown I started LambrousDrop and I was cooking and delivering fresh food. Roughly a year after I started Lambrousdrop he passed away.

Papou always encouraged me to work for myself. His encouragement and unwavering belief instilled a drive in me to open my own spot.

So Ramiz and I came together to start the Gyros Guyz journey. As a Greek I’ve always loved a Gyros. The pita, meat, chips and salad combination will never not be delicious. Gyros Guyz had the vision to expand on that and brings you the same bang bang combination - in many more flavours. Everything you love about Gyros with a twist. The dream started in a food van until we got the opportunity to open a space in the well know Hooch and Candy in Bedford Place.

This is my childhood dream and it’s becoming a reality.
